B. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED BY REASON OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF NEW BABY CARE PACKAGES AND OTHER ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PERSONS.
