TO MAINTAIN AND RUN THE SIR JOHN HEREBERT MEMORIAL HALL FOR THE USE OF INHABITANTS OF LLANOVER AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. THE HALL IS USED FOR RECREATION, SUCH AS MEETINGS, TEACHING CLASSES, ETC. THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS ALSO TO IMPROVE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
