The charity supports the conservation, development, maintenance and investment in Hulme parks, consistent with their importance as the largest parks close to Manchester city centre. Activities include promoting safety, recreation, health and well-being for all users of Hulme parks, promoting equality and diversity through sports, arts, leisure, nature and play, promoting biodiversity and wildlife.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) TO PRESERVE, PROTECT, MANAGE AND IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF HULME COMMUNITY PARKS IN MANCHESTER, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROTECTING AND CONSERVING STRUCTURES, MONUMENTS, LANDSCAPES, BUILDINGS AND OBJECTS OF ARCHITECTURAL, HISTORIC, ECOLOGICAL OR ARCHAEOLOGICAL INTEREST. (2) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION INCLUDING ARTS, CULTURE AND HERITAGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
