THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE UNITED KINGDOM FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL CHARITIES TO BUILD AND DELIVER BEDS TO FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN WHO DO NOT HAVE A BED TO SLEEP IN. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
