Empower Foundation provides free First Aid and Mental Health First Aid training to rough sleepers, those at risk of homelessness, and individuals experiencing homelessness. The training equips participants with life-saving skills and mental health support knowledge, helping them respond to emergencies and fostering safer, healthier communities.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AND TO RELIEVE SICKNESS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) FIRST AID TRAINING TO PERSONS OF ANY AGE WHO ARE HOMELESS, AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS OR CLASSED AS A ROUGH SLEEPER IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY THE PERSON IS ABLE TO OFFER LIFESAVING AND TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING TO PROMOTE MORAL WELFARE, MENTAL OR MORAL IMPROVEMENT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
