The National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs provides rural young people in England and Wales with a variety of education, training and social programmes encouraging learning and community involvement with a strong interest in rural communities, farming and agriculture. The NFYFC supports the federated structure of 23,000 members aged 10 to 28, belonging to 570 clubs in 46 county federations.

Charitable objects
OBJECTS 4 THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING 4.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE MEMBERS AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURE, CRAFTS, LIFE SKILLS, RURAL AFFAIRS AND COUNTRY LIFE; 4.1.2 IN THE INTERESTS OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE MEMBERS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, TRAINING AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, BEING FACILITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND WILL ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES, SELF-RELIANCE AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY; AND AS MEANS OF ACHIEVING THE ABOVE OBJECTS TO PROMOTE THE FORMATION AND AFFILIATION OF YOUNG FARMERS’ CLUBS THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES AND TRAINING OF THE MEMBERS TO PLAY THEIR FULL PART IN THE LIFE OF THE CHARITY'S MOVEMENT.
