(2) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO SUPPORT BASIC LITERACY (INCLUDING COMPUTER LITERACY), NUMERACY AND LIFE SKILLS FOR ADULTS IN THE UK WHO HAVE HAD LIMITED ACCESS TO EDUCATION, BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS.
