THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 18 WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES IN LIVERPOOL AND THE SURROUNDING REGIONS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN AND LANGUAGE DIFFERENCES BY PROVIDING A DAY CENTRE WITH INDIVIDUALISED SUPPORT PROGRAMMES TO HELP WITH LANGUAGE BARRIERS, ALLEVIATE BEHAVIOURAL CHALLENGES, PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE FULFILLED LIVES THROUGH MEANINGFUL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHICH ALLOW THEIR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH IN LINE WITH THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITY AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS.
