TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN HORNING AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR SAILING AND OTHER WATER-BASED ACTIVITIES. 2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HORNING AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN POWER BOATING FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, SAILING AND OTHER WATER-BASED RELATED ACTIVITIES.
