(B) TO HOLD ON TRUST THE BDC PERMANENTLY ENDOWED FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 5.1; AND (C) TO HOLD ON TRUST THE KWO PERMANENTLY ENDOWED FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 5.2.
