TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN LINCOLNSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FOOD, TOYS, ESSENTIALS ITEMS TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS AND SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE. 2. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE IN LINCOLNSHIRE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
