The Nirbhau Foundation works across the country to support anyone affected by the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy, birth or infancy. We understand the pain and heartbreak that families go through and are dedicated to providing help and comfort during this difficult time. We provide memory boxes filled with keepsakes and mementos to help families create lasting memories of their loved one.

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF GRIEF AND BEREAVEMENT THROUGH LOSS OF A CHILD, PRIMARILY THROUGH: A) THE PROVISION OF ITEMS, SUCH AS MEMORY BOXES DESIGNED TO PROVIDE COMFORT; B) PROVIDING PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPORT VIA A DOCTOR. C) PROVIDING ADVICE AND PEER SUPPORT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
