Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF LGBT+ PARENTS/CARERS AND THEIR CHILDREN BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO STATUTORY AND THIRD SECTOR HEALTH SERVICES, PROVIDING EDUCATION BOTH TO INDIVIDUALS DIRECTLY AND TO ORGANISATIONS/PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED IN PROVIDING HEALTH SERVICES TO SUCH PEOPLE. (2) THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG LGBT+ PARENTS/CARERS AND THEIR CHILDREN WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER RE-ASSIGNMENT, OR BEING PART OF THE LGBT+ COMMUNITY, BY: - PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE LGBT+ PARENTS/CARERS TO MAXIMISE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR CHILDREN; - RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING LGBT+ PARENTS/CARERS AND THEIR CHILDREN, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION; - PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT; (3) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY: (A) THE ELIMINATION OF DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER RE-ASSIGNMENT OR OTHERWISE BEING PART OF THE LGBT+ COMMUNITY; (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RAISING AWARENESS IN EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY; (C) CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
