PROVIDING A PLACE OF WORSHIP AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR PRAYER MEETINGS, RELIGIOUS CEREMONIES, FUNERAL SERVICES, AND PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS IN BIRMINGHAM AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS. B. THE ADVANCEMENT OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULTS. C.
