THIS WILL BE DONE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MAKING GRANTS AND AWARDS TO INDIVIDUALS; AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TOWARDS THESE AIMS.
