THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY, AND RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED IN NORTHEAST NIGERIA PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE DISPLACED BY CONFLICT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OPERATING IN THE REGION TO PROCURE AND PURCHASE ESSENTIAL ITEMS AND SERVICES WHICH THEY COULD OTHERWISE NOT AFFORD INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOOD PACKAGES, ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, MEDICAL TREATMENT AND ANY OTHER ITEMS OR RESOURCES AS IDENTIFIED BY THE TRUSTEES TO MEET A BASIC STANDARD OF LIVING.
