TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME WITH A PREFERENCE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 1. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN ENGLAND AND WALES; AND 2. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE IN ENGLAND AND WALES. THE OBJECTS SHALL BE CARRIED OUT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING GRANTS AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE.
