THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE CONSERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, IN PARTICULAR BY: • THE PROMOTION OF PRACTICAL MEASURES AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF PARTNERSHIPS TO ENACT LITTER-PICKING AND CLEAN-UP ACTIVITIES ACROSS RIVERS, STREAMS, AND BEACHES IN WALES. • RAISING THE PUBLIC AWARENESS IN MATTERS RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION AND THE BENEFITS OF LITTER REDUCTION.
