THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF PODENCO DOGS IN SPAIN WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF ABANDONMENT, SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE BY: A. RESCUING, REHABILITATING AND REHOMING THEM WITHIN THE UK; AND B. EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE TREATMENT OF PODENCO DOGS IN SPAIN AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING OF THIS BREED.
