THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF HOMELESSNESS IN STAFFORDSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND SELF-HELP SERVICES DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE BENEFICIARIES TO MAKE MORE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS AND CHOICES.
