AN ASSOCIATION FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING AND EDUCATING GIRLS AND BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME AND ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITAUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBES OF SOCIETY AND THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
