THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HUMAN LIFE BY SUPPLEMENTING AND SUPPORTING EMERGENCY SERVICES, STATUTORY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN SUCH WAYS AS SHALL BE DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE TRUSTEES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO OFF ROAD VEHICLES AND DRIVERS IN ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN THE LINCOLNSHIRE REGION.
