TO HELP AND EDUCATED GIRLS AND BOYS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPITITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALLS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
