THE OBJECTS ARE: THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF ST MARY’S CHURCH SCARBOROUGH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO MAINTAIN, PRESERVE AND IMPROVE THE FABRIC, FURNISHINGS AND FITTINGS OF THE HISTORIC CHURCH BUILDING SO THAT IT MAY CONTINUE TO FUNCTION AS A HERITAGE AND COMMUNITY ASSET.
