TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM OR GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS, THEIR DEPENDENTS AND THE WIDER AFRICAN COMMUNITIES LIVING IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY.
