1.THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. 2. THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT OF NEW IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES IN THE UK BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL AND SKILLS TRAINING, ADVICE AND SUPPORT AND SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE. 3. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF NEW IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES IN THE UK BY PROVIDING ADVICE, SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT HELP THEM: A) NAVIGATE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CHALLENGES.
