Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: • TO ADVANCE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT GOLBORNE AND MAXILLA NURSERY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR NOT ONLY TRADITIONAL EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES BUT ALSO ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES SUCH AS OUTDOOR LEARNING AT THE FOREST SCHOOL, EDUCATIONAL OUTINGS, AND OTHER EXPERIENCES THAT ENHANCE LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, FACILITIES, ACTIVITIES AND EQUIPMENT NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY; • TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, OF CURRENT AND PAST PUPILS AS WELL AS OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOLBORNE AND MAXILLA NURSERY SCHOOL COMMUNITY, INCLUDING STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WHERE APPROPRIATE FOR THE CONTINUED ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS; • TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, OF ALL CHILDREN, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE EXPERIENCING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, DISABILITIES, OR ANY FORM OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, THROUGH RESOURCE PROVISION OR GRANTS; AND • TO SUPPORT SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE BELOW STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE, THROUGH A VARIETY OF MEANS AS DEEMED APPROPRIATE AND/OR SUITABLE BY THE CHARITY TRUSTEES.
