FOR THE PURPOSES OF PLAYING FIELDS FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOLVERLEY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT ANY DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR SUCH FORMS OF PHYSICAL RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AS ARE OR MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE APPROVED UNDER THE LEASE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
