Charitable objects
1. TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IDENTIFIED AS NEURODIVERSE AND ASSOCIATED CONDITIONS AND TO PROVIDE CARE AND LEARNING SUPPORT SERVICES TO ALL INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE RECOGNISED AS HAVING A LEARNING DISABILITY OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS ASSOCIATED WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY; 2. TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL FACILITIES TO ENABLE NEURODIVERSE INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO FULFIL THEIR POTENTIAL WITHIN WIDER SOCIETY AND TO INCREASE SOCIAL INCLUSION OF NEURODIVERSE INDIVIDUALS NOTHING IN THESE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY STATUTORY PROVISION REGARDING THE MEANING OF THE WORD "CHARITABLE" OR THE WORDS "CHARITABLE PURPOSES" IN FORCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH S.7 OF THE PAGE 2 CHARITIES AND INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND S.2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008 OR ANY PART OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
