Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT O F THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WYLAM AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (B) TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECREATION GROUND WITH ANCILLARY BUILDINGS AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE, OR TO CO-OPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH GROUND AND BUILDINGS.
