TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE AFFECTED BY LEWY BODY DEMENTIA (HEREAFTER KNOWN AS LBD), INCLUDING RELATED CONDITIONS OF DEMENTIA WITH LEWY BODIES AND PARKINSON’S DISEASE DEMENTIA AND THEIR RELATIVES/CARERS IN THE UK THROUGH: A) FACILITATING ACCESS TO PEER SUPPORT; B) PROVIDING STRAIGHTFORWARD ACCESS TO INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT C) INCREASING UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES ARISING FROM LIVING WITH LBD; D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
