THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS AGED BETWEEN 14 AND 30 RESIDING IN SURREY WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF LEARNING DISABILITIES OR NEUROLOGICAL DIVERGENCE (WHETHER DIAGNOSED OR NOT DIAGNOSED) OR SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, TRAINING, SUPPORT AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES DESIGNED TO PREPARE THEM TO ACCESS SUPPORTED WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENTS AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, TO SECURE PAID EMPLOYMENT.
