THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND TO ASSIST IN RELIEVING AND REHABILITATING PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS OR MENTAL HEALTH DISTRESS, REQUIRING ADVICE OR TREATMENT IN NORTH TYNESIDE AND SURROUNDING AREAS. IN PARTICULAR, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PEER LED EDUCATION AND SUPPORT, SUPPORT NETWORKS AND BY PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL IN COLLABORATION WITH MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS.
