THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SWANSEA AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH ATTACHED TO THIS CONSTITUTION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH CHRISTIAN WORSHIP, CHRISTIAN EDUCATION, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS, MISSIONARY WORK AND PASTORAL OUTREACH WORK.
