Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: A) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE COMMUNITY OF ABERYSTWYTH OR SUBSTANTIALLY SERVING THE SAME SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE GOVERNERS OF THE SCHOOL CONCERNED. B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND EDUCATION IN THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH IN WALES, OF PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT RESIDENT IN THE COMMUNITY OF ABERYSTWYTH IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
