(2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN KENYA AND UGANDA BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, ITEMS, AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY OR ADVANCE EDUCATION.
