TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING OF A GIR OR GIRLS OR A BOY OR BOYS ATTENDING THE GLANYMOR COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL IN THC COMMUNITY OF BURRY PORT, THE COEDCAE COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANELLI, OR THE BRYNGWYN COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL, THE GRAIG COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL, OR THE STRADEY COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL, IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANELLI RURAL IN THE COUNTY OF DYFED. PROVIDED THAT PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN IN EACH CASE TO A GIRL OR BOY WHO IS AN ORPHAN.
