TO PROVIDE A SWIMMING POOL AT THE EMLYN COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL TOGETHER WITH SUCH OTHER ANCILLARY BUILDINGS AS MAY BE NECESSARY FOR THE USE OF SCH SWIMMING POOL BY THE PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL DURING NORMAL SCHOOL HOURS AND BY THE PUBLIC AT OTHER TIMES AND FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT TO ORGANIZE SOCIAL COMPETITIVE AND OTHER FUNCTIONS AND TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY STEPS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THIS OBJECT.
