Fast Track Cymru works in collaboration with numerous organisations and individuals from across sectors to raise awareness around HIV, hepatitis, TB and related conditions through training, education, community engagement and campaigns. We work within relevant Welsh Action Plans to achieve zero new transmissions in Wales by 2030, reduce related stigma and achieve the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets
