FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES AFFECTED BY (INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO): MISCARRIAGE, IN-UTERO LIFE CHANGING DIAGNOSES, TFMR, STILLBIRTH, NICU STAYS, NEONATAL DEATH, INFANT LOSS, CHILDHOOD DEATH, PROLONGED HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS, CHILDREN WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL NEEDS, CHILDHOOD LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS, AND LIFE-THREATENING CONDITIONS, IN PARTICULAR BY 1. THE PROVISION OF SELF-CARE ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES, 2. THE PROVISION OF MEMORY BOXES FOR THE BEREAVED, 3. THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL ADVICE AND PEER SUPPORT, AND 4. THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
