SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE COMPETED FOR, AND TENABLE AT THE HOLYWELL COUNTY SCHOOL AS FOLLOWS:- (A) ONE TO A PUPIL WHO HAS ATTENDED AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OR LIVED IN THE BOROUGH OF FLINT. (B) ONE TO A PUPIL WHO HAS ATTENDED AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OR LIVED IN THE DISTRICT OF HOLYWELL FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EXAMINATION.
