TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PURPOSE STO STIMULATE AWARENESS OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMMUNITY TOWARDS YOUNG PEOPLE ENTERING EMPLOYMENT TO YOUNG PEOPLEF TO YOUNG PEOPLE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN OF THE TEACHING AND EDUCATION SCEME AVAILABE IN INDUSTRY AND COMEMRCEF TO STRESS THE IMPORTENCE OF SCHEMES OF INDUCTION AND TRAININGF TO GIVE INCREASED OPPORTUNITY TO YOUNG PEOPLE TO LEARN OF THE OPPORTUNITIES AVALLABLE TO THEM.
