THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH PROMOTING WASTE REDUCTION AND SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY REDISTRIBUTING SURPLUS FOOD AND ITEMS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE GO TO LANDFILL.
