TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO CHILDREN WHO ARE IN NEED DUE TO THEIR PLACEMENTS IN FOSTER CARE BY: 1) PROVIDING THEIR CARERS WITH ESSENTIAL ITEMS (TOYS, CAR SEAT, BUGGY, CLOTHES, FOOTWEAR ETC) FOR WHEN THEY FIRST ARRIVE AT A NEW PLACEMENT HOME. 2) PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR FOSTERED CHILDREN TO BE TAKEN ON HOLIDAY BY THEIR FOSTER CARER.
