TO ADVANCE AMATEUR SPORT AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES AND SUPPORT FOR CYCLING SUCH AS THROUGH ORGANISING CYCLE EVENTS, CYCLE TRAINING AND CYCLE MAINTENANCE TO ENSURE BICYCLES ARE SAFE TO RIDE.
