Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG FAMILIES, INCLUDING (IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO) THOSE WITH SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN, IN THE LEEDS (WEST YORKSHIRE) AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FREE SCHOOL UNIFORM, COATS (AND OTHER WINTER CLOTHING ITEMS), AND SPORT KIT TO FAMILIES AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. THE PROMOTION OF RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION BY ENCOURAGING THE SHARING (FOR FREE) OF SURPLUS SCHOOL UNIFORM, COATS, SPORT KIT AND ANY OTHER ITEMS REQUIRED BY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE FOR SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.
