The objects of the CIO are: 1) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Hook and the surrounding area by the provision of a 10 mile and 10 km road race, fun run and toddler race. 2) To further such charitable purposes as the trustees see fit from time to time by the provision of grants in Hook and the surrounding area.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HOOK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF A 10 MILE AND 10 KM ROAD RACE, FUN RUN, TODDLER RACE AND ANY OTHER FORM OF RUNNING EVENT OR FOOT-RACE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DEEM APPROPRIATE. 2) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS IN HOOK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
