TO PROMOTE THE VISUAL ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN AND AROUND SCARBOROUGH AND NORTH YORKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT, GUIDANCE AND TRAINING TO EARLY CAREER ARTISTS.
