THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THOSE LIVING IN LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE LIVING IN BARNET AND HARINGEY: TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 6 TO 23, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY PROVIDING RESOURCES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING AND BASIC NECESSITIES.
