THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN BIRMINGHAM, BROMSGROVE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BASKETBALL. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS, LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.
